You can request complete deletion of all data associated with your Quit For Good account at any time, no questions asked.

Your privacy is our priority. Quit For Good uses anonymous authentication — we never stored your name, email, or any personally identifying information. Deleting your data removes your anonymous usage record and all associated content.

📱Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (instant)

The quickest way. This immediately clears all local data on your device. Cloud data is removed within 30 days.

Open Quit For Good on your device
Tap the ⚙️ Settings tab at the bottom of the screen
Scroll down and tap "Reset App / Delete My Data"
Confirm the prompt — all local data is cleared immediately

This action is irreversible. Your quit streak, badges, mood history, and settings will be permanently lost.

📧Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email

Use this option if you no longer have access to the app or want confirmation of deletion in writing.

Note on in-app purchases: If you purchased Lifetime Access, deleting your data does not refund the purchase. The purchase record may be retained by RevenueCat for up to 90 days to comply with financial regulations. This record contains no personally identifying information — only an anonymous transaction ID.

You send the email or tap "Reset" in the app.
Day 0 — Local data cleared (in-app reset)
All data stored on your device is erased immediately.

Within 7 business days — Confirmation email (email request)
We confirm receipt of your email request and begin processing.

Within 30 days — Cloud data deleted
Your data is permanently removed from Supabase servers. A final confirmation email is sent once deletion is verified.

Up to 90 days — Purchase record removed (RevenueCat)
Anonymous transaction record removed from RevenueCat after the financial compliance retention window expires.
